  • 🪣 Plastic/PVC container (5-gallon bucket or large bottle)
  • ⚫ Activated charcoal (removes chemicals & odors)
  • 🏖️ Coarse sand (filters fine particles)
  • 🪨 Fine gravel (catches large debris)
  • 🌊 Small rocks/pebbles (base layer)
  • 🧵 Cloth/mesh screen (separates layers)
  • 🔩 Drill & hole cutter (for modifications)
  • 🚰 Spigot (optional for easy dispensing)

⚙️ STEP-BY-STEP BUILD GUIDE

  1. 🛠️ Prepare the Container
  • Drill a drainage hole at the bottom
  • Cover with mesh to prevent leaks
  1. 🔄 Layer the Filter Media (Bottom → Top)
  • Layer 1: Rocks/pebbles (1-2 inches)
